David is the driving force behind NaviSea Partners, LLC, bringing over 25 years of experience in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition Management, and RPOs. His dynamic career spans a wide array of industries, from cutting-edge Technology (SW/HW/Infra) and elite Consulting firms (Big 4 and Boutiques) to Financial & Investment Services, Life Sciences, and Education. David's strategic insight and deep industry knowledge make him a trusted partner in navigating the complex talent landscape.

David's true passion lies in helping clients fill their business-critical roles with top-tier talent—especially those who aren't actively looking for jobs. With more than a decade of running his own search firm and fifteen years managing Talent Acquisition for high-growth companies, David knows how to find the right fit.

When he's not matching clients with perfect candidates, David enjoys quality time with his family, fishing trips, and getting his hands dirty in the garden. Whether creating memories through shared experiences, finding peace and excitement in the unpredictable waters, or tending to his plants, he finds joy in simple pleasures.

Associate Partner

Kim is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. Kim's extensive experience includes holding key roles at prestigious firms such as McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, and Accenture. At these organizations, she led full life cycle recruitment processes, effectively increasing headcounts and managing teams of recruiters to meet hiring goals.

Throughout her career, Kim has honed her skills in all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience. She is adept at identifying and attracting candidates who not only possess the required skills but also align with the organizational culture and objectives.

Kim holds a B.A. in Communications from The Ohio State University. Outside of work, she has a passion for travel, cooking, and gardening, which enriches her understanding of diverse perspectives and fuels her creativity. Whether discovering a hidden gem in a new city, experimenting with a new recipe, or tending to her garden, Kim thrives on new experiences and continuous learning.
